Each of these forms of counselling have been around for many years, and there is substantial research that shows they can be highly effective for certain specific needs. At TheAnxiety.Clinic we have been providing these forms of counselling for some time. For the most part we utilized a virtual counselling for our existing one-on-one clients who were traveling, on extended leaves, or needed to touch base for a short and specific question.
